Yes, Renesmee can have a baby,all 吸血鬼 can, but it's illegal in the vampire world. If she has a child that's a vampire the volturi would find out and he 或者 she would be destroyed.mAnd if it's a human baby she can live peacefully as a human. So Renesmee CAN have a baby.

well not all 吸血鬼 can have babys because bella only got pregnant cuz she was a human but renesmee can still get pregnant cuz she is half human
No they can't. It's not illegal its physically impossible. That's why Rosalie never had babies. She always wanted them but her vampire body could not change to make / house one.
This is wrong. Immortal children aren't 婴儿 born to vampires, they're human children who were turned into 吸血鬼 and are thus 《冰雪奇缘》 at that state of development. They're illegal because they're too immature to be able to keep their vampire nature a secret.

Yes, she has blood and cells in her veins. Unlike 吸血鬼 she can have babies. 吸血鬼 are dead and cant carry a baby. That is why they made immortal children, to fill a void. The only reason Renesmee was born was because Bella was still human.
