no 你 上传 them!!!!! the pics in your folder on your laptop/computer u can 上传 them on this on your 个人资料 page it says 上传 pictures 你 click that :)

I found my current 阿凡达 at Iconator.com. Check it out sometime, they have tons of avatars to choose from.
