*after Lori & Rick argued about her taking the pills* Rick: Is there anything else I should know about? Lori: Shane and I... Rick: *sigh*... I know.... Of course I know... 你 thought I was dead. The world went to shit and 你 thought I was dead, right? Lori: Yeah.
So this is when she told him, but he had figured it out on his own.

* rick know because he found the pills and rick sees how shane looks at lori and he did say that the world when to crap and 你 thought i was dead and she says shane and i and she did not look at him at all when she 说 that.
