I like her with both, but I think that Damon is better match.
First think that comes to my mind is the quote that Rose 说 : "It’s not just that she makes him a better person, she does, but he changes her too. Damon challenges her, surprises her, he makes her 问题 her life, beliefs. Stefan is different, his 爱情 is pure, he’ll always be good for her. Damon is either the best thing for her 或者 the worst."
Stefan and Elena will always have a special connection but Damon and Elena have this chemistry with 爱情 that will over power everything and they might have some falls in their relationship but they will always find their way together!
Definitely Stefan. They have a great connection and understand each other perfectly. He also lets her make her own choices and respects them. What they have is special. :)
To be honest. I will always 爱情 Elena and Stefan better. Damon has not in my good graces because of that moment in season 1 where he tries to compel her to 吻乐队（Kiss） him. Keep in mind she was with Stefan. I know Damon has a lot to hold over Stefan but using Elena as revenge? He's been that way for 162 年 或者 so. What makes everyone think he's going to change. Elena loves both of them, but she obviously chose Damon over Stefan because she was unsatisfied with her boring human life and wanted a rush, so unfortunately she left Stefan behind. And he is still waiting for her because we all probably teared up when Lexi 说 to him that what Elena and him had was an epic love. The definition is so beautiful. And I see people using it saying Damon and Elena are epic and I'm sorry but the producers say other wise. I mean both are good to Elena, but in the end she isn't going to want a self-distruct other half? The universe chose two people for a reason. How long is Elena going to deny herself from true happiness? Who knows. I'm sorry if 你 think I bashed Damon. He's a great guy, but he deserves someone as equally wild.
Definitely Stefan. He understands her 更多 than anyone, and they had a real, genuine connection. They belonged together. Honestly, I've never been a huge Stelena 粉丝 (I like it better than Delena though), but I can admit to the fact that they were very compatible together, probably even soulmates. Bonnie's better for Damon anyway, she made him a better person.
