A Phan's worst nightmare... loosing all downloaded 25th anniversary POTO CDs. Need Help replacing. THIS IS AN EMERGENCY! Need response ASAP!

I live in the United States and the computer they are on is dead. and I can't buy 亚马逊 Mp3s from other countries, and I can't use PayPal I HAVE to use my Mastercard And the 25th anniversary "promotion" is GONE, so I can't download them again. Need help replacing:

Austrian 2-disc
Polish 1-Disc
Hungarian 2-Disc
Japanese 2-Disc (1988)
Dutch 1-Disc
