The cast just have such amazing chemistry, on set and off, and their bloopers are actually funny, not just people getting their lines wrong and laughing at themselves.
Like with Cobie's "I have a penis" "Me too" ad-lib and Jason's eyesexing camera X, you don't really get that on other gag reels :)

The HIMYM reels are the only ones I can watch over and over again without them getting boring.
