Is it possible to buy personalized video message from the guys at all and if so where from, please ?

Looking to download a personalized video message for my daughters 18th birthday, she's a huge 粉丝 and has supported all the campaigns too buying all the shirts etc so I would like to try to get her a personalized message
If anyone knows if there is a video out there anywhere that I can download saying happy birthday with 或者 with the 18th and also with 或者 without her name, Aimee 或者 alternatively somewhere like celebvm where they are listed to purchase a recording, thanks x
