Speed of light is the velocity unit used in astronomy. It is the equivalent to a velocity of a 射线, 雷 of light through the vacuum in 太空 which is virtually unreachable. Speed of light is therefore the ultimate velocity in the universe, at least the modern science is concerned. In the international metric system speed of light equals approximately 300 000 km/h, 或者 kph.
