Daichi: The...Scientist?! (RP)

Okay, so I've been wanting to bring Daichi (For those of 你 that don't remember, Daichi is the comic relief character, the octopus that is ALWAYS drunk, used only for comic relief before) back for QUITE a while, and been wanting to reveal his past, so...here goes!
Your character is on their way back 首页 from a party, and decide, for whatever reason, to stop 由 Daichi's home. They knock, and are caught 由 surprise when the octopus 答案 the door, wearing glasses, a labcoat, and, the biggest surprise of all, talking in a sober voice.
Daichi: Well, hello, my friend. This is a...surprise. I wasn't expecting visitors, but I can put something together if 你 want to stay a while.
What do 你 do?
