How can I tell real and fake sheepskin coat?

I find a nice sheepskin 涂层, 外套 online but I want to know whether the sheepskin 涂层, 外套 is fake 或者 not, 你 know, the lining, some so called sheepskin coats are lining with polyester 或者 faux shearling!
