If a baby's leg pops out at 11:59PM but his head doesn't come out until 12:01, which 日 was he born on?

Not every baby comes out head first. I know that from watching those baby delivery stuff on TLC 哈哈

I don't know a lot about when they say a baby is officially born. My guess would be that when the baby is completely out, that is when he 或者 she is born.

Again, I'm not sure. I was a c-section, and was born at 2:21 in the afternoon. I'm guessing that was when I was completely out of my mom.
