Renault F1 Team Tire strategy

It is said that all cars have to do the race in 2 different compounds. Can Force India do just one lap in the hard compound tire for a 2 pitstop strategy while others take one? I'm not sure, that's why I ask. A pit stop is 25 seconds. A soft compound gives 2 seconds speed more than a hard compound per lap. One stop strategy means 30 laps minimum for change. 30x2=60 seconds saved less 25 second pit stop is 35 seconds gained. Of course the drivers will have to overtake fast and not get stuck behind other traffic, that means super aggressive driving and not a difficult task passing backmarkers. If this is okay, change to soft tire especially after mishap in 1st corner could be a good strategy. Any views? Top teams will not use it, as they have to save their position or fight for it and getting past top drivers is tough even if you are faster. But I feel Force India can consider this to gain position.
