Can you please stop trying to get people to change their opinions and the things they like/praise? Honestly, I wouldnt really care but Ive noticed a bit of a trend from you.

I think people should praise what they like. If they like badass characters, they can like it. If they like Chuck Norris, they can like it.

If that's their sole defining trait, then yeah.
Otherwise, there a lot of different ways to be badass and it's a bad idea to avoid praising any of them imo.

People can praise badass characters if they want to. I don't see the problem.

For me personally, if the character is a 1-dimensional shallow one, then yeah I wouldn't like him/her. But if not, then no. But that's just me. :/

Nothing wrong with liking something you like; better than bashing something all the time. And besides, badass villains are the best. Of course other traits along side just badass is always a plus. But I don't see the problem in praising things one loves.

It kinda depends on the character to me.....like Mikasa Ackerman.

^Oh Mikasa has a lot more depth. Shes a bad ass with plenty more to discuss. So is Levi.

I personally like depth to my characters and not just pure badassery, but hey, people will like and praise whatever they like and I can't change that, even if I don't agree with them.
