I honestly don't know why people love it so much, I can't stand it! Zombies are LAME, the characters are either bland or annoying, there's a lot of stupid moments, it's disgusting, most of the main characters are morons, they keep on thinking they found a place that they're safe when it's obvious from constantly being wrong that they're NEVER safe, and I wish this show would just end already!

It's like 25% zombie killing, and 75% drama

It's not overrated. It's well rated to be honest and it deserves all the rating it gets.

Walking dead is so much more realistic than any other 'zombie' movie/show... i mean, it's takes all the factors of environment, isolation, insanity, survival, defense, new society, clashing of cultures and puts it into it's series... it's not out for all-gore or for a random zombie-killing montage... it's out for a the simplest human instinct... survival... thrown in with a complex new problem... walking dead...

I'm going to also have to agree with what Cyrus and Fan said. It's way more realistic than any zombie movie that just involves killing zombies with guns and other weapons. It goes into doing the right choices and the mental state of people. It also shows how far somebody would go for survival. So it's far from being overrated and it's far from being your regular zombie movie.

Honestly, the drama is what makes the show for me. That and the whole survival thing. Without it, it would be mindless as you guys stated above. This show's kinda like a zombie soap opera and I really enjoy it. I don't think it's overrated. I'm always interested in seeing what happens next. Same with Breaking Bad. That show's awesome as well.

Its a shame Breaking Bad ended but..All good things must end..Except the walking dead.

I only saw it once, and I actually liked it. However, why this is more popular than Once Upon a Time I'll never know.

It was a very satisfying ending.

A bit. I watched an episode and it was interesting, but it didn't really grab me. I like Supernatural a lot more. Plus, zombies and zombie apocalypse is getting really old.

I love the games but I'm not so in to the live action series. I get bored watching it but I don't think that its too overrated.
