As said above just ask the person above you a question about music be it something simple like, "what is your favorite band?" To something like, "what fruit does your favorite band remind you of?"

Just answer the question you're asked and then ask a new one.

Question 1: what is a band that no one else seems to know and you wish more people knew about?

I wish that 80's hair metal would come back! And Goth rock. Specifically the 80's and 90's rock scene.

Well, I have too many, since edm really isn't a genre.

I'd like to recommend what would be close to their asthetic.
