Can 你 help me with my guy troubles?

I need advice. There are these two guys that i like a ton. But i am going out w/ one of them (lets call him Eric) but still have feelings for the other one.. lets call him Ron. So a few months 以前 i told Ron that i just want to be friends, and im pretty sure he cried :(... But now i have feelings for Ron, but now he's ignoring me. How can I stay 老友记 w/ Ron and not let Eric get in the way of that? (CHEATING IS NOT AN OPTION)plz help! thanks :)

right when i sartted dating eric, ron started dating this girl "Katy" two days later.. i asked him about it and he 说 that he just met her but that she was really nice (meanest girl i have ever met btw) a week later she broke up w/ him though bc of rumors about him only asking katy out to make me jealous.. so i dont know..
