needs to be FRESH, NEW and ORIGINAL... think awesome themes for a party, but keep it in an average budget please. Any ideas?

For my friend, she wants to do something special for her sixteenth.. 伪装 was thought of and failed, she wants it to be enjoyable for everyone and something they will remember... (remember the Key words in the question) lets put those creative minds to work :) Were very sure some of 你 guys have 更多 imagination than us

but a few suggestions;

a celebrity theme (cheesy?) dress up as your fav celebs (it wouldnt cost much money i dnt think)

或者 a 万圣节前夕 theme

I did like the 伪装 theme...

hows about a renissance theme (cant spell) 或者 like a victorian ball... that is kind of like the masks...

something stupid... a simpsons/family guy theme??

A movie theme??

If this is deffinately themes for a party, i think they would all go okay-ish.
