Help me please :X

Does anyone know a good converter that would convert .sai files into JPEG 或者 something that could be uploaded on fanpop? I need to know, to 上传 it here!

I'm not sure if this works on a PC 或者 not, but it does on my Mac: 你 can just rename the file and change .sai to whatever 你 want (i.e. .jpg) and hit enter and it will ask 你 if 你 want to save it as .jpg(or whatever 你 are changing it to) 或者 keep it in .sai(or whatever the original was).
