Do 你 prefer to 淋浴 in the morning 或者 evening

I'm curious I always take my 淋浴 in the morning but I've also heard that people perfer taking it at night I wonder what my fellow 粉丝 think about this do 你 淋浴 in the morning 或者 at night maybe one 日 你 perfer morning then another 日 你 perfer night.
