How important is work ethic to you? Both your own and the people 你 associate with?

To me, work ethic is important when it needs to be. Having an efficient work ethic means that things involving work can get done in the most efficient way possible.
In turn, the people that I associate myself with have similar work ethics. And the best part about it is that we may have different ways of getting things done, but as long as it's getting done efficiently, then our ethics match.
The point of this is...I can't associate myself with people who half 屁股 things XD Because then that means that if we're doing something together that involves work, I'll half to pick up the half of their slack that they aren't picking up themselves.

My worth ethnic depends on how much I'm paid and how much my employer values me. When I first 加入 any team/job I will go above and beyond until I'm shown that my work is not appreciated.

For instance; my hours were slashed (alongside the hours of literally everyone else) and I was told that I could no longer wear jackets nor anything but t-shirts when it's cold. Everyone only gets about 10 cents in raises. I have had my work sent company wide as a 'how to do it' example (thrice now) and I still haven't gotten the promotion I asked for.
So now I only do the 熊 minimum. I am not valued as an employee and not appreciated so I'm not putting in the effort anymore.

Had my hard-work been acknowledged and rewarded accordingly I would have strived to do even better.


As for other people's work ethnic; I don't care what they do so long as it doesn't impact me. If they at least to the minimum of what's required (so their share of the work isn't passed onto me) I don't care what they do.

Work ethic is really important to me. If I am to work with someone, I have a tendency to strongly judge team members that slack in their portion and refuse to step up when called out. If I have the choice in a work environment / team, I dont like to associate 或者 work with anyone who cant keep up their share of work. I'm the type that has a strong work ethic and quickly picks up work others left behind to make sure the end product is satisfactory. However I dont like doing that and its one of the best feelings to see a team functioning at a high efficiency so that combination makes me adore people with a strong work ethic and honestly abhor and reject people that have a poor work ethic.

With that being said, thats in a work environment and often one where I am in charge may it be officially 或者 just as the way things go.

Outside of that? Well theres 更多 leeway there. Its not a main thing I decide on when I associate myself with people since I dont often actually have to work with them and all.

Personally, work ethic in the terms of just people I associate with isn't as important since it really doesnt affect me too much.

If we were to talk about one that affects my decision to associate with, then wed have to talk about its relative trait which is having a strong drive towards something. Cos an internal drive is what really makes me like to befriend people and get along with them and invest in them more. Its not a necessity, but its a hugeee bonus.

As for a work ethic in myself? 婊子, 子 yall know it. Work ethic in myself is extremely important and its kind of something I have trouble shaking off XD I usually feel EXTREMELY bad if I let it drop - not necessarily for anyone I might be working with, but just out of my own personal pride.

My work ethic: depends. If there is too much drama 或者 I'm not valued as an employee, 或者 if I get sick of people who think they know something, I do little to nothing at all. If I like the job, then I'm willing to do more.

My coworkers' work ethic: I don't care tbh as long as it doesn't affect me.
