please help !!

my banners won't upload. i know i have enough 金牌 to have a custom banner, but it just never works. i know it's not a super huge deal, but does somebody know why that might be?

If it does not work latter, then wait till the 下一个 day. I mostly works the 下一个 day. If it dont work the 下一个 day, wait another day, i never had to wait 2 days though,but if it dont work for the 下一个 day, just try waiting for the 下一个 日 after that. If it dont work then, i dont know what to do
