Hallucinations are usually just tricks of the senses. 你 might hear 或者 see something that isn't there.
Delusions are ideas that are not true. Like how 你 might have a delusion of being watched when 你 really aren't 或者 你 have a delusional idea that 你 can achieve something that is unachievable.
Both of these can be caused 由 some mental disorders.

Legend is right.

Basically a hallucination is something that is perceived through the senses. 你 see something thats not there. 你 hear something thats not there. 你 feel/smell something thats not there.

A delusion is a belief that is not true. The God Complex is a delusion where 你 believe 你 are a god. 或者 maybe 你 believe 你 can fly. 或者 maybe 你 believe that there is always something watching you... .... like a duck.

Hallucinations: Something That 你 Think You've Heard 或者 Saw. For Example, I Just SAW A Rock Dancing.
Delusions: A Belief That Is Not True. For Example, I KNOW That Rocks Can Dance !!!!
