Does having a 50 weight to a 13 years old female is normal?

'Cause I think I am fat and anorexic.

My goal is to lessen my weight.

So after converting it, I think 你 are perfectly fine. Just exercise and eat properly and 你 should be fine. Dont do anything excessive like cut back on your 食物 count 或者 anything. Actually, just get a balanced diet, not anything like only eating 沙拉 或者 anything as stuff like that puts your body in 'starvation mode' where it tries to save up as much fat as it can to survive a longer time.

So just get your needed protein count, your needed vegetable count, your needed 水果 count, your needed grain count, and get a good exercise in when 你 can and 你 should be fine.

(Note: 你 are just fine. 你 dont need to really loose weight, but thats if 你 want to regulate a really good weight)

PS: Im about 54 kg and Ive been told Ive got a really good body so yeah. And Im a 5'1 15 年 old. It might be good if 你 were to add your height btw as different weights goals are present for different height goals.

Whoa! Your weight is light. Actually my lightest weight when I lessen my weight is 46.4 You're so slim. I'm just jealous. Just kidding.

Lol. Not really, I only remember is I'm 37 pounds when I'm 9. And when I'm 12 my weight is 46.4 Then now, my weight is 50. Oh my.
