Now I've noticed people are like "I'll give it back" knowing they'll keep it 你 know trying to seem like a good guy 或者 girl. Me personally I'll keep it! They should try keeping up with their money!

哈哈 it depends how crowded the place is - if it was somewhere busy, I'd probably give it back because someone else will have probably saw them drop it too - but if I was just walking behind someone in the street, then I'd probably keep - 你 only legally have to hand it in if it's in a purse/wallet soo... ---- unless of course, I was rich - then I would give it back because I wouldn't need it - but at the minute, I'm almost in my overdraft so every little helps :)
