What is your take on this?

I called my bff over to my house like a week 以前 and she made it sound like she was coming so the 下一个 日 I cleaned everything and waited for her to call and stuff around noon. and she basically didn't come, didn't call, no warning what so ever. and hasn't called since the 日 before I asked her to come over. Should I be mad? Cause I kinda am. she's like my bfitew (best friend in the entire world) and I would've never expected her to do that.
What is your take on this?
