Unlike the other commentor, I actually know what procrastination is since I have been a repeat offender in the past. I don't do it as much now, since I have sadly learnt my lesson. One of the main ways to fight the war against procrastination is time management. I know it's cliche and may be "impossible" for some people, but it's worth it. Make like a time schedule where 你 太空 things out and plan your days out. For example, as soon as 你 get home, basically lock yourself in your room and avoid ALL distractions (no computer, no TV, no texting, no parents/siblings to talk to, no staring at the 墙 since it's 更多 interesting than homework). Do your hardest homework first. Work for about an 小时 或者 so, then take like a 15 分钟 break to do whatever 你 do for fun. Then when the 15 分钟 in over, go back to your quiet place and get back to work. Keep up this routine till all your homework is done. Once you're done, reward yourself with like an 小时 of fun (if it's not too late). I know it's hard to stop procrastination once 你 start (it's practically an addiction), but just go straight at the work head-on. No stalling, just dedicated work. Also, I find it easier to not temporize if 你 do homework with friends, even if it's over the phone. Call them up and say, "hey wanna work together?" Even if it's mostly awkward silence where you're both working, it'll keep 你 focused and decrease your temptation to go do something else. And as for studying, I set aside a separate time (about 45 分钟 a day) to go over all notes I took in class to make sure I understood everything and got the gist. It's MUCH easier to break stuff up and do a little each 日 than to cram 或者 do all your homework at 10:00 at night. Lastly, if your procrastination is getting so bad to the point that it's affecting your amount of sleep and grade in school, talk to your parents. I know you'll think it's a dumb, childish thing to do, but it HELPS. Tell them that 你 need them to keep 你 focused and make sure 你 get your homework done as soon as 你 come 首页 from school. That way, they'll nag 你 to complete it all. Sorry I couldn't be of 更多 help, but I was finally cured of my procrastin-itis last 年 after my first AP course. I really hope 你 change your work habits because, talking from personal experience here, if not it'll come back and bite 你 in the ass. lol :)
