How do I do this?

I see people all the time with symbols on their pfofile page and I want to know, how do I get these symbols? How are these people creating these hearts and stars they either have 下一个 to their name 或者 on their motto? There has to be a way I just can't figure it out. Any help? Thanx!

P.S. when I find symbols and then I press copy it sends it to the 谷歌 serch box.

i kno some of them r a combo of holding Alt and then pushing a number on the number pad (u have 2 use the number pad)
