I need hope on sibling discipline:

My sibling is becoming 更多 of smart mouth, and she's always talking back in that aggravating tone. Not cursing, she's not allowed, but it really is rude.
Whenever I try to scold her on this, she always says "That's what 你 do all the time." but I think that's really unfair. SHE'S ALWAYS BRINGING ME IN THIS.
What should I say to her?
