How do 你 make icons?

I guess I'm 更多 asking where. I used to make them on Picnick but, now that that's closed I don't know where to make them.

1. Go to Paint. (only if u have PC/Windows.)
2. Draw your 图标 with the tools and mouse.
3. Go to File.
4. Go to Save As.
5. Name it.
6. Don't forget to put .ico at the end of the name!
Example: goOo.ico
7. Press the Enter key 或者 click Save when 你 are done typing the name and 你 are satisfied.
Note: If 你 don't know how to make the page paper smaller, click the dots and drag.
Note to prev note: Keep the 老鼠, 鼠标 button pushed down when dragging the page smaller!
