I'm American. There is no real national restriction although most people in America would shun 你 if 你 have a relationship before 12 或者 so, which I suppose isn't too unreasonable.
My church, the Church of 耶稣 Christ of Latter 日 Saints tells me that I shouldn't 日期 before 16, which is a rule I broke already. My first girlfriend was when I was 14 I think, either that 或者 15. I can't remember.
My mom agrees with the church and my dad doesn't care. But at the moment, I am 16, so nobody really apposes me dating.
Right now I am dating a girl named Robyn who I 爱情 a lot. <3
