I've been to a hospital once in my life. I had to go into surgery to have my wrist popped into place. Soon after that, I became a trypanophobic. But that's aside the point.

The people at the hospitals will help 你 get better. Without them, 你 could be in serious trouble. Don't worry about it, take deep breaths, perhaps even take something along with 你 that might calm 你 down. It can be anything.

I've never had to go to the hospital either. I'm sorry.. That really sucks...

I've only ever had to go to the hospital once because of a seizure...It wasn't that bad.

The only thing I don't like is when they make me get naked. Especially as a kid. That's horrifying! ...Unless you're in soo much pain that 你 just don't give a damn. Been there, done that. Way too sooner than I would've liked. Dx

Don't worry you'll be fine when 你 go to the hospital go to your happy place for example my happy place is pie,strawberries,soda,pizza,teen titan comic books,mc donalds you'll be fine trust me ;D

Just take a deep breath everything will be okay. Going to the Hospital will make 你 feel better. I recomend bringing something to do why 你 are waiting. 你 could be there for hours.

I have 2 shots when I was nine.
I actually just imagine its an ant. I actually failed imagining it but I never felt I was shot because of too much thinking of that ant XD. Try it that might work for you
