Trust me, don't be 老友记 with her again. Back in sixth grade, I had this really good friend. We were so close. We talked about everything. We had each others' backs. omg my best friend just did that to me, too!! like, after 8 years. then my mum went over to her house to get something i left, and the 下一个 日 she apologized. i didn't even respond to the text, and now only 3 people talk to me. so my suggestion is to just ignore her, and maybe she'll go away. she sounds just like my ex best friend, and i ignored her, and now we dont talk anymore.

I realize that it's a difficult thing to do, considering you've been 老友记 for eight years, but listen: Anyone who says something like that to you, asks to be 老友记 again, and then refuses to apologize, is just looking to do it again.

Certainly, 你 should forgive her. Give her a 秒 chance, but DON'T be her friend again. She obviously doesn't deserve you, and if she's not sorry, then that's her problem. She either has ego issues 或者 she's a total bitch. Either one could be true.
