HELP ME!!!

Well, for me the best way to keep secrets and not get stressed 由 them is to forget about them. Like forget that your 老友记 ever told them to you.

Or, if that doesn't work for you, 你 should be honest and tell your 老友记 (in a nice way) "look. I appreciate that 你 trust me enough to confide in me and tell me all your secrets, but it is just stressing me out and overwhelming me. Is there any way 你 could possibly talk to somebody else about this?" If 你 do it in a respectful way then they will hopefully understand where you're coming from :)

ok well sometimes 你 have too tell them that 你 needs some 太空 for a 日 或者 two but dont yell at then when 你 say i just need some 太空 and in 2 或者 3 或者 even 4 days start helping again.
