What is the difference between whining and complaining?

Whining is when 你 complain 由 uttering a low, usually nasal, complaining cry while complaining is expressing dissatisfaction, pain, uneasiness, censure, resentment, 或者 grief.

whining is the sound an abused dog makes. complaining is what that prissy 婊子, 子 does when she complains about her dog being ugly, when she was the one who did it.

Complaining: 你 know how terrible humanity is! Nobody in this fucking world knows how to treat each other with fucking respect! I mean, seriously, how hard is it to go to a man 或者 woman without getting this air of superiority around you, y'know? *usually leads to* Y'know, what, something should be done about this!
Whining: Wah, humanity is so terrible! Everyone hates each other and think they're better than each other, and it's just *sniff* stupid, 你 know? *usually leads to* Oh, wah, poor me! What am I going to do?

Whining- a high, pitched cry 或者 a complaining tone of voice.

Complaining- expressing your distaste and annoyance.
