Well,first,you go down to the 'answers' on the 首页 page of the club and press the link that says "add a question".Then,you type in the 问题 on either the "Your Question" part,in which some people do,or the "Add details 或者 background information",in which other people do,also. Once finished,press "Submit new question" and wait.
