Help please?

I think there's something wrong with my laptop... I just replied to my rp, then went back to my tab with the 随意 club. But then my screen went black with a blue box in the center, and some text, i remember it saying something about an unknown problem on my computer, from recently installed software... which i think was weird cause i havent installed anything in the past month. It 说 to restart (which i did) so it could fix the problem and if i have it again reset my computer... but i dont know why it did this... does anyone know why?
