Braces

So, I've had my braces for over 2 years now and I should be getting them off soon (according to my orthodontist, I only need one 更多 tooth to grow in fully and then I can get them off :D). So I was wondering, if 你 had braces how did they take them off? And how was it when they scraped the glue off? That metal-scraping-tooth sound makes me cringe...and did it hurt?

Oh, that majorly sucks for me, then. xD I'm getting my braces off sometime 下一个 year, and I'm NOT looking 前锋, 期待 to that.
