Why do some of 你 guys worry about people's grammar???

Not grammar, just spelling.Because I know my grammar isn't perfect, my native language is not english so I am pretty sure I make mistakes too, but I hate when someone spells stupid ("nite"-night, "lyke"-like, "rite"-right", "dis"-this and so on.

Using correct spelling, punctuation and grammar is not only polite manners and 展示 你 are educated but also makes things easier to read. Not all people on the internet are familiar with the English language and typing incorrectly can make it very difficult for them to understand you.
The only reasons i don't mind when people are incorrect with their spelling, grammar and punctuation are when they have either a mental incapacity, learning difficulties 或者 if they are of young age, say around 5-9 years.
If it's just pure laziness 或者 to make 你 look 'cool' that doesn't wash with me. It makes 你 look stupid and uneducated and if 你 act like a child, people will treat 你 like a child.

Because we hate it when people talk like fucking retards.

Because people who spell things wrong are not fully educated if they think anyone is going to understand them when asking a question.

Yeah i agree :) but sometimes rly hard text talk can be annoying and kinda stupid

1. Sometime people type "lyk diss wut the 嘿 you" And that is annoying to try and decipher that.

2.I wouldn't be so bothered 由 it if they at least typed where 你 can understand what they type.

3.People must type correctly so people can actually understand them.

4.I'm not really a grammar nazi but some people's grammar is so bad it has annoyed me immensely.

I've 给 up on trying to correct peoples grammar unless it's really bad. I mean, hey, they're going to be the ones who look like illiterate 秒 graders, not me.... :)

No matter where 你 are 你 should a least 显示 your intelligence.

Because it's annoying when 你 literally can't understand what someone else is saying. They either leave out the subject, 或者 a noun, 或者 scramble the sentence up to make it uncomprehensible. People don't really spell wrong on here, it's the grammar that ticks me off. Someone on 潮流粉丝俱乐部 actually 说 "Do hear her sing?" and thought it was a coherent sentence. Ugh.

Look, idiots these days drop out of school to use the internet, therefore, we must make it feel like school on the internet!

Not really I am not very good with grammar 或者 at spelling so I tend not to notice.

Because they have nothing better to do... ;)
But seriously, it does get annoying when people use bad grammar 或者 they intentionally spell things the wrong way. It only takes an extra press of the finger to spell things correctly! Although, I myself am guilty of (on purpose mind you) spelling 爱情 like luv...or typing 'cuz instead of because. Why 你 may ask? 'Cuz it's fun :D

I won't say anything if it's just a typo, but when it's almost impossible to understand, then I will. It also depends on the content of the text. If this person writes completely incorrect, but what they're saying is no nonsense, I won't moan over it. But when it's complete crap I will say something about it.

I'm starting to understand what the sorta childish fuss is all about. 你 speak with people 你 don't know at all, so 你 might as well 显示 them you've got something to talk about, and 你 know what you're talking about. In that point of view, I can understand people would find good grammar important on the internet.

But I still can't say that it bugs me. In fact, I don't mind at all when someone speaks in txt language. I think you're right, this is still the internet, and people might as well accept that everyone uses it. For me, grammar on a chatting site is not very important at all, there are a lot of 13-year olds on this site and I feel like I should cut those kids some slack.

Why? Bad spelling and grammar is ANNOYING.

If I can still read it fine, but I don't care if it's a biker bar I still don't like abbreviated words spelled so bad that I get a headache trying to decode them.

It's called being literate. The reason they teach 你 stuff in school is so 你 can utilize it in your daily life. If 你 want to type like an illiterate idiot, go ahead. But I can guarantee 你 that NOBODY with half a brain 或者 更多 would take 你 for serious.

Some of us are simply assholes.
However, my brain is literally wired to read only grammatically correct English.
If I find something incorrectly written, I refuse to answer the original 问题 until it's corrected.
你 used 更多 问题 marks than necessary, 由 the way.
Along with incorrect usage of apostrophes.
You're short-circuiting my brain here, I swear.
