What would happen...

If a person swallowed a roach, but didn't kill it, just swallowed (like a pill). Would it die in the throat 或者 the stomach acid? 或者 if not, where would it?

Please be gracious enough to put up with this 随意 问题 and answer with your imagination!

I apologize, but I was just wondering and wanted some answers. I do that a lot...
