What do 你 do when 你 feel like crap?

hang in there i felt like this before i know its so hard to beleive right now but things will get better it just takes time and faith and remember 你 have people who care for 你 and are there for 你

ok well depending on what ur going threw theres serton things to do. if its anger i usaully put some deep 音乐 on and sit in my room and listen 或者 just like do something that takes energy like pushups. if ur sad i usaully writte what im feeling in diffrent ways. if im just stressed and confused i go away from people sit were its quiet and do things i enjoy my fav hobbies give my self time to cool down and get a fresh mind. if ur just like ahh just whatever i sleep. these r my ways of getting rid of issue. sorry ur feeling bad but we all have those days. hang in there. =)
