Exactly how many reports does it take for someone to be deleted from fanpop?

This Istill-killU guy is out of control, he's got to go! I really don't believe he has 100 accounts.

I don't think there is a certain amount of reports, but I think it's what the abuser did. Even if just 1 或者 2 people reported him, then he might get banned, because 潮流粉丝俱乐部 will look through his account to see what he did, then ban him.

This is just my theory though, I might not be correct.
