u cant 上传 a pic 由 entering ur fb account from cell phone web ...u should first have fb application installed on ur cell then use it to enter fb and u'll later find a camera 图标 and stuff like that ..one of them is for uploading pics Gd luck :)

note that this is based on nokia cell phones ...i dunno if it'll work on others
