If 老友记 tend to walk right out of your life without an explanation, then they're not really your 老友记 to begin with. A friend is someone that 你 can trust and depend on and someone that 你 can turn to when 你 need a shoulder to cry on, did any of them do that 或者 did they just leave 你 in the dark and didn't care? Real 老友记 wouldn't do that. I was in the same situation that you're right now. I thought I had friends. I was there to listen to their problems if they needed to talk 或者 even vent, I was there when they were having a bad 日 and needed to laugh, but then when I needed a friend, nobody was there for me. From that, it made me a stronger person though a loner, a person who doesn't really trust anybody and stays to him/herself. When 你 look for friendship, in a desperate way of course, 你 always end up with fake 老友记 who will do nothing except hurt you. If people really wants to be your friend, let them come to you.

No. But I've had dreams where they betray me and try to do horrible things to me, while I still thought we were friends...

no, my dreams are bit stranger than that, but I suspect the reason they've been having the dreams is Because you've been worrying about them leaving you. Maybe 你 picked up on some sign 或者 noticed things about your relationships with them that was out of place at that's why your subconscious has been focusing on it in your dreams. It could also be that because of these dreams you've been defensive 或者 closed off and as a result to it your 老友记 have withdrawn as well. Thats what just what I'm 阅读 into it anyways.
