Explain to him that 你 just aren't in to him. If he really liked you, he would understand and wouldn't force 你 into a relationship. Whatever 你 do, don't say yes to him. It could be the start of a long, unhealthy relationship in which he continued to take advantage of you. Don't let that happen. 你 have every right to say no.

When I was younger, I felt guilty if I 说 no. But I learned the hard way that saying no is okay XD I would end up dating him for a week when I never wanted to in the first place XP
I tell all my friends: when someone asks 你 out and 你 don't want to, just say no, no matter how persistent they are.

well i would tell him i like someone else im really sorry! he is gonna be mad at u no matter what u do unless u say yes. dont be presured into stuff u dont wanna do. and if he gets mad, who cares. it just proves that hes not the kind of guy u want to go out with.

The situation is simple:u don't like him ,u don't go out with him.Don't care if he gets mad at u.If he isn't decent enough to accept that u don't like him and still acts like a 5 年 old it's his problem.Be honest with him and yourself.The worst thing that u'll do to him is to hurt his ego.
