its better that 你 do, im an 情绪硬核 who has spent too much time as an introvert and i held back my emotions too long now. if 你 hold back your tears 你 are holding back emotion and 由 holding back emotion...well it has to come out sooner 或者 later and if 你 hold it back too long it can make 你 explode, and 你 most likely will end up hurting the ones 你 love. take the 建议 from me, i learned this the hard way.

Well I say it depends why he is crying. If its like his dog ran away, then no(to dramatic) but if its something big like a parent dying, then that's fine.

Depends on what he's crying for/at. If he is crying for a stupid reason then it's not okay and it's just plain creepy. However, if he was crying cause his mother just died form an unknown sickness, then that would be a good reason to cry...

Yes. It is perfectly okay for a teenage boy to cry. I could say how we girls think it's sweet and all that, but I'll just say that it's healthy to cry. Tears are a part of your body's natural defense system against germs, dust, and other things not meant to go into your eyes. If someone ever teases 你 about crying, tell them that.
