Ok I'm really confused now :(

I put a pic that was 1500x1000 and i put it in 壁纸 and it went into 照片 not 壁纸 and it 说 that any pic smaller than 800x600 will be put as photos.....so I don't get y the pic that was 1500x1000 was put in 壁纸 :(
