Actually when 你 jerk in your sleep thats your soul entering your body. I took an advanced Phsychology dream class.

I am really interested in things like this, and agree with @itsmejordyn411 above ^^^ It's when your soul is re-entering your body. That is a lot in one nap though... :o

I learned 更多 about spirits& candles. If a candle is flickering that means there is a good spirit there. If the flame shoots straight up& is tall then there is a demon spirit there. White candles are best for protection against the bad ones <3

No, of course not! When 你 sleep, the soul leaves to go out for a 比萨, 比萨饼 with its friends. Then its forgets its keys to your head, and comes back in. It leaves, then when 你 wake up, it comes back inside. All perfectly logical!
