ok u go into ur 个人资料 then u click on 俱乐部 (on the bar with all ur messages, 粉丝 etc.) then u see a button that says unsubscribe which means 删除 u click on that then click yes then voila u deleted the club

just like starfire5555 说 but it doesn't 删除 the club, it's just remove u from that club!
