Need help getting ringtones/pictures from a site!!

If any of 你 people have heard 或者 been on the site Mytinypicture.com, please tell me why and how a ringtone 或者 picture wont 显示 up once i recieve a text for it.
please tell me how to do it cause they never give me much info but two choices of how i want my ringtone to 显示 up.
