Actually, it may be best to buy something personal instead of something as plain as just money. You're his girlfriend, right? Think about what he likes!
Okay, no personal offense to you, but Im getting tired of people asking others on here to help make their own decisions.
Im pretty sure no one on here knows exactly what your boyfriends personality is 或者 what he likes, 你 make it something personal that 你 know he'll enjoy.
Doesn't have to be big 或者 flashy, just something 你 know will be special to him, based on your relationship.

well...i think u should find out what he lkes and give em that....^^ if he likes 2 skateboard get em new barrings 或者 a new deck =P scootering?get em grips..biker well get em a lock so no one steals his bike..its happened b4 7_7 if he likea art bette get him something nice like..paint,sketch pads ^^[art is obber cool i think =P]so what he likes get him it just dont go over board w/ they h8 that.......

Well, it really depends on how your boyfriend is but I would suggest if he likes 音乐 a I-Tunes Giftcard. But maybe he would just like for 你 to do something romantic with him, like maybe make him a nice 晚餐 或者 something. :)
Guys play video games. Get him a video game? If 你 don't know of one, 或者 something else he would be interested in, a gift card always works. A gift card in a homemade card from you. What could be sweeter?
Money. My nan usually get's me a book (not that's anything wronge with this, I just like choose my own) but then she gave me money one time and I WAS SOOOO JAZZED! And the awesome thing is I was trying to make money so I could buy Dr Who 图书 - and the there it was! WooooHooooo! XD If 你 want to get him something personal, then that's fine. But I just thought 你 should know that money isn't nearly as bad as people say.
Give him something very personal. A homemade coupon book. With your own writing, make several coupons, each one different. One could say, "one free back rub". One could say "king for a day". One could say "your wish is my command". Get it? It really is an awesome gift!! Trust me on this!!
Make him 晚餐 and 甜点 (cake). If 你 have a budget, I'd do something based on an inside joke as one present, and then I'd get a gift cars too. I would probably give him a T-shirt to his 最喜爱的 sports team, and if 你 can an autograph. Also, make him a really nice card. And I mean MAKE it. Then, get all his 老友记 and family to sign it. Get him some new 音乐 for his iTunes account for his iPod, and anything like that. If he's into all that, then give him a big kiss. That's all!

Gift=what does he like? music, books, films, football tickets ...etc voucher= if 你 know he likes something like 音乐 but not sure what 你 could give him vouchers to a 音乐 商店 so he can choose. it will be really romantic if 你 go to the cinema, out to 晚餐 或者 the beach-to spend time together because then he'd know that 你 care and appreciate him
If 你 like to draw, then a painting for your boyfriend could be one of the most personal gifts 你 can give to him. If not, 你 can always write a poem 或者 a card for him. If you're not very creative, 你 may have to find out what your boyfriend really wants. I would think a video game, a laptop (especially if he's in college), a CD from his 最喜爱的 artist, 或者 something he has broken and didn't fixed it in a long time (like a blender 或者 something).
Get him something that u know he really likes :) 或者 take him somewhere u know he really likes.. lolz, 或者 maybe just spend time together :) Do something special, because u ARE his girlfriend, and he luvs u, and u luv him and u each want eachother to be happy! :)

well for my boy 老友记 b-day i got him a 衬衫 and some 食物 also a mini football cause he likes eating and football so it depends on what he likes is he a jock 或者 what give me some details to go on
I got my exboyfriend I cool USB key with all the 音乐 I listened to when I was in 爱情 with him... It was very personal, and it really expressed all my 爱情 to him.
Umm.. well it depends on what his personality is. if he is sporty, get him a football/basketball with your signature on it saying, "Happy Birthday, I 爱情 you" 或者 anything 你 would like 或者 don't be afraid to ask what he really would like. Be strong! Good Luck!
你 should get him a huge bag and out nothing but a card that says" I 爱情 you, look up." and when he does, 吻乐队（Kiss） HIM! thatd be the best presebt ever to me! btw stuff the bag with tissue paper, it makes it 更多 of a surprise.
